Job Summary: The Training Coordinator provides essential operational and logistical support for ACCO's enterprise-wide training programs. This role ensures that both in-person and virtual learning sessions run smoothly by managing scheduling, materials, logistics, rosters, and LMS closeout activities. The Training Coordinator partners closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and external vendors to deliver a consistent, professional learner experience that supports ACCO's safety, technical, and leadership development initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination
- Schedule, organize, and support internal and external training sessions (in-person and virtual).
- Moderate Zoom/Teams sessions led by SMEs, ensuring technology setup, attendance management, and chat/Q&A support.
- Coordinate material printing, shipping, and distribution for instructor-led sessions.
- Reserve training rooms and manage onsite logistics (AV setup, catering, sign-in sheets, name tags, etc.).
- Maintain the enterprise training calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities and instructor availability.
- Administrative Support
- Manage training registrations, rosters, and attendance records in ACCO Academy (LMS).
- Track completions and learner feedback, supporting reporting and follow-up communications.
- Support new course launches by coordinating communication, logistics, and support materials.
- Maintain inventory of training supplies, equipment, and printed materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training activity across all departments.
- Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as the point of contact for learners and managers regarding session logistics and registration.
- Communicate pre- and post-training details, reminders, surveys, and follow-ups.
- Support communication campaigns (emails, announcements, LMS messages) for new training initiatives.
- Partner with vendors, facilitators, and business units to ensure a consistent and high-quality learner experience.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and learner satisfaction.
- Support pilot sessions, feedback collection, and continuous improvement of training delivery processes.
Position Requirements (Work Experience, Skills, Licenses, etc.):
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in training coordination, event planning, HR support, or administrative/project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Smartsheet for tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
- Ability to create visual training materials or simple design assets in Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with technology, audio/visual setup, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues during live sessions.

- Experience supporting or facilitating virtual learning sessions preferred.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone/Saba preferred).
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or training partners is a plus.

Job Responsibility Level: No direct reports Travel Requirements: Travel required 5-10% of the time to other office locations. Hours: This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm with a one-hour break for lunch and two rest breaks. Competitive Wages: $29.57 to $37.86 per hour.
