What this job involves:

Join our team as an Experience Services Ambassador and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences that contribute to JLL's commitment to workplace excellence. This position combines hospitality expertise with operational excellence to support our workplace experience initiatives, managing high-profile meetings, overseeing employee amenity services, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll enhance the overall workplace experience for employees, clients, and guests through proactive communication and high-touch hospitality focused service, serving as a key ambassador for JLL's brand and values while supporting Return to Office initiatives and creating memorable experiences that drive client satisfaction and employee engagement.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Serve as primary point of contact for conference center clients, managing scheduling software, coordinating room setup/breakdown, and providing AV assistance

* Execute high-profile meetings and events including senior executive sessions, consulting with clients on space requirements, AV needs, catering, and support services

* Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests, operating main switchboard, answering calls, and maintaining accurate visitor records

* Oversee employee amenity kitchens ensuring daily operations meet high standards, stocking pantry supplies, and ordering kitchen supplies within budget

* Coordinate and set up catering and beverage services for meetings and events while processing catering orders and managing vendor relationships

* Maintain meeting spaces in pristine condition, collect stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement, and handle administrative support including cost quotes and presentations

* Collaborate with vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution with minimal disruption while supporting other departments

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (must obtain within 60 days if not already certified)

* 1-3 years of experience in food service industry, hospitality, events, property management, or related field

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients

* Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

* Strong organizational and time management abilities with proven track record of initiative, integrity, and good judgment

* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods with general mobility throughout office facilities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or related field

* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Previous conference center or corporate events experience with understanding of meeting logistics and coordination

* Experience with senior executive meeting coordination and high-stakes event management

* Knowledge of food service operations and inventory management practices

* Experience working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments with competing priorities

* Familiarity with workplace experience initiatives and Return to Office support programs

Location: On-site
Work Shift: Standard business hours

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

48,000.00 - 59,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
