Administrator Procurement

In this role, you will ensure the precise and efficient management of supplier and product master data. You will be key to smooth procurement processes, drive the optimization of our data infrastructure, and ensure that internal teams and external partners have access to reliable information at all times.

* Maintenance and preparation of supplier and product master data, as well as the creation of new items in the ERP system.
* Running Bill of Material and routing details in the ERP system.
* Creation of hardware sheets for customer jobs.
* Participation in process optimization to improve data quality and infrastructure.
* Support in projects such as the standardization of item master data.

* Initial professional experience in planning purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing company
* Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft NAV/Navision, Infor, SAP) and MS Office
* Good technical understanding
* Very good communication skills
