The Senior Program Manager leads complex, crossfunctional programs that drive the success of the marketing organization. This role oversees strategic planning, execution, and governance across technical operations and gotomarket initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

As the leader of Marketing's program and project management function, this position establishes best practices, drives process excellence, and provides teams with the tools and support needed for effective project delivery. The Senior Program Manager partners closely with executive leaders and crossfunctional teams to guide programs from concept through completion, with a strong focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement.

This role is based at WellSky's World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide endtoend leadership across programs by aligning initiatives with organizational strategy, objectives, and priorities while guiding teams to achieve key milestones.
  • Establish, monitor, and manage program schedules, budgets, scope, and resources, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, business partners, and crossfunctional stakeholders to drive alignment, collaboration, and successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular, executivelevel reporting that communicates program performance, timelines, risks, budgets, and key outcomes.
  • Lead crossfunctional execution from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices in program and project management.
  • Implement, standardize, and continuously improve program management processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Leverage lessons learned and industry best practices to improve program delivery and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify, secure, and manage external vendors or partners as needed to support program success.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in program and project management, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to program managers, project managers, and crossfunctional teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Smartsheet

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Smartsheet certification
  • PMP or similar project/program management certification
  • People management experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
