Job Details

Job Summary:

Manage and oversee operations of Haemonetics and 3PL operated distribution facilities as assigned. Monitor and establish service, accuracy, productivity, and inventory KPIs at all facilities assigned. Establish and monitor employee development and cross training at Haemonetics operated facilities. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of distribution activities and implement as needed. Accountable for assigned warehouse budget and cost control to the annual operating plan. Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and ensure all areas remain in ISO and GMP compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices.

  • Ensure accurate inventory control and management, including cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation.

  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and storage systems.

  • Oversee the maintenance and calibration of warehouse equipment.

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Ensure adherence to strict quality control standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement quality assurance procedures to prevent product damage, contamination, and errors.

  • Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipments of medical devices.

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Business, Logistics or related field or extensive experience in distribution/warehouse related work in lieu of degree.

  • 5+ years Distribution work experience.

  • Professional experience within an FDA regulated industry.

  • Professional experience with an ERP, WMS, TMS system, such as Oracle, SAP, or JDEdwards, etc.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a supervisory capacity.

Pay Transparency:

The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate's location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.

In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, "flexible time off" for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks' vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

The base salary range for this role is:

$87,892.99-$149,656.58/Annual
