Are you a visionary marketer with a passion for the developer ecosystem? We're seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to champion our engagement with startup developers and CTOs. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of our developer marketing strategy, directly influencing how thousands of innovative startups leverage our advanced technologies. You'll think like a builder, diving deep into developer workflows to craft credible technical content and channel strategies that resonate deeply with our audience, making a tangible difference in their journey to enterprise success.

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing the end-to-end developer marketing strategy for startup developers and CTOs. This includes building scalable technical content systems, driving impactful developer engagement across various channels, and supporting specialized ecosystem programs designed to connect startups with vital resources and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Developer Strategy & Audience Ownership:** Own the comprehensive developer marketing strategy, gaining deep insights into developer needs, workflows, and key adoption moments.

* **Developer Content Creation & Editorial System:** Lead the creation of compelling, developer-focused content, establishing repeatable formats, templates, and quality standards for broad impact.

* **Channels, Distribution & Growth Loops:** Strategize and manage distribution across diverse developer channels, leveraging performance and usage data to continuously optimize engagement and growth.

* **Cross-Functional & Industry Collaboration:** Forge strong partnerships with engineering, developer relations, and industry teams to align marketing efforts with product development and ecosystem initiatives.

* **Developer POV, Research & Insights:** Cultivate profound empathy for startup developers and CTOs, conducting ongoing research to uncover critical developer signals and trends.

* **Measurement, Learning & Influence:** Define and implement successful frameworks for developer marketing, ensuring continuous learning and strategic influence within the organization.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have:**

* Proven experience in developer marketing.

* Expertise with a leading cloud platform.

* Strong fluency and practical experience with modern developer tooling.

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers and engineers.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

**Nice-to-Have:**

* Experience creating content for startup-oriented technical audiences across diverse industries (e.g., AI, healthcare, security, retail).

* Experience defining repeatable technical content patterns or standards that scale across teams.

* Proven ability to create technical content.

* Track record of building scalable content systems or frameworks.
