This is a US-based remote position that will be February through June with the possibility of extension up to 18 months (January 2027).

What You'll Do



  • Interface with business and technical stakeholders on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
  • Drive program and project schedules, providing comprehensive status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Create and review multiple functional specifications, serving as crucial tools for informed decision-making on product and service implementation.
  • Provide leadership with essential technical and analytical information to guide strategic choices.
  • Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring programs and projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Review program status, identify risks, manage dependencies, and analyze delivery metrics across integrated business planning workstreams.
  • Triage issues with business stakeholders and technical teams, addressing impacts on scope, timelines, or integrations swiftly and effectively.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and strategically prioritize backlog items.
  • Coordinate system integrations and data flows across planning, enterprise resource planning, sourcing, and supplier collaboration platforms.
  • Drive alignment between supply chain, finance, engineering, and IT on critical design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Prepare decision-ready updates for leadership, clearly highlighting risks, proposed mitigations, and delivered value.
  • Advance change management, adoption, and capability rollout activities to ensure successful implementation and utilization.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 8-12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead in supply chain, ERP, or enterprise planning transformations.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale planning or supply chain digitization programs.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders on both technical and business challenges.
  • Proven track record in driving program and project schedules, coupled with strong reporting capabilities.
  • Expertise in creating and reviewing detailed functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insightful technical and analytical information.
  • Experience organizing and managing cross-functional activities to ensure project success.
  • Ability to review and manage program status, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
  • Skilled in triaging issues across business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and prioritizing work.
  • Experience coordinating complex system integrations and data flows across various platforms (e.g., planning, enterprise resource planning, sourcing, supplier collaboration).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and consensus among different functional teams.
  • Adept at preparing concise, decision-ready updates for senior leadership.
  • Experience with change management, adoption strategies, and capability rollout initiatives.
  • Flexibility with scheduling to accommodate meetings across various time zones.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience working in EPC, capital projects, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • A passion for driving digitization conversations, particularly around Intelligent Document Processing.
  • Specialized skills in guiding modernization and transformation efforts, moving beyond traditional program management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a talent for building consensus and fostering collaboration.
