We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the subscriber experience. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in executing event marketing campaigns that directly engage our dedicated subscriber base, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful outreach. Your expertise will directly contribute to fostering stronger connections with our audience and enhancing the value of their subscription.

**What You'll Do:**

* Execute comprehensive event marketing campaigns, primarily focused on email-based initiatives, from initial setup to launch coordination.

* Manage and complete all necessary marketing operations documentation and workflows, ensuring operational excellence.

* Oversee the building, routing, and internal approval processes for creative assets.

* Guarantee precise campaign targeting, deployment, and delivery to maximize engagement.

* Facilitate audience fulfillment processes for various events and initiatives.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-4 years of proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with marketing operations workflows, approval processes, and asset routing.

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

* A strong ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently within a high-volume environment.

* Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating clearly and effectively with multiple stakeholders.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience within subscription-based, media, or entertainment environments.
