Lubbock Content Specialist, Digital Communications 43567BR Marketing and Communications Position Description As a content specialist, you will create engaging content that populates a variety of digital and traditional platforms at Texas Tech University, including websites, blogs, printed material, advertisements, social media and more. You will work closely with leadership in the Office of Communications and Marketing and other university stakeholders to write content that adheres to brand standards and effectively engages target audiences. About the Department and/or College In Marketing & Communications, we deliver high-quality communications that tell the story of Texas Tech in the most compelling way possible. Major/Essential Functions As a content specialist in Marketing & Communications, you will focus on crafting compelling email campaigns and digital content using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This entry-level position is suited for a creative professional with a strong interest in digital marketing, email campaign management and content creation. The role works closely with leadership in Marketing & Communications and with university stakeholders to support the development and management of targeted, personalized, and impactful digital communications that adhere to brand standards and effectively engage key audiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in digital content creation. Preferred Qualifications
