We are seeking an experienced Temporary Instructional Designer for 6 months to 1 year to support the design and development of high-quality learning solutions in a regulated, government-contracting environment. This role will partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR, compliance, and business leaders to translate complex and highly regulated content into engaging, learner-centered training programs that meet contractual, security, and compliance requirements. Ideally, this person will be located in the Jacksonville, FL area.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting training for government contractors and/or federal programs, is comfortable working within strict documentation and review processes, and can balance instructional quality with regulatory constraints.
