Dir, Quality

• Cross-functional leader of the quality business process health, execution, and effectiveness between the customer, field, and factory resources.
• Drives the accountability and governance of the extended and distributed quality organization to meet annual operating plan objectives and customer expectations.
• Ownership of the customer executive-level escalation process, execution, resolution, and accountability within the field and factory to meet the needs of our customers.
• Serves as the central resource and escalation point where guidance and/or conflict resolution is required to achieve efficient operational execution while delivering on quality objectives.
• Recognized as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all facets of the quality business processes end-to-end and partners with the factory and field in discovery of opportunities for business process and system improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8-10 years of related experience and 5+ years in management.
• 10+years of experience in a Program Management role with increasing responsibilities.
• Ability to perform data analysis required to visually represent, influence, and resolve complex business process and systems problems.
• Easily navigates a highly matrixed environment with competing priorities and schedules to deliver on objectives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Leading regular and special cross-functional teams as needed to meet well-defined CFT deliverables.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Qlik, SAP, IE,etc.
• Excellent customer communication skills.

• An advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years quality experience within a large organization.
• Semiconductor Product Development, Manufacturing, and Field Service experience preferred.
• Business process and system development, alignment, and implementation for a large organization.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
