Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite, Non-Exempt, Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.74 per hour

Responsibilities

    Support recruitment and hiring processes: job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and HR metrics.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support HR projects, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all HR tasks.


Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired.
  2. Must speak, read, and write English with the ability to compose correspondence displaying good command of the English language.
  3. General office and/or Personnel related experience is required

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $17.00 to $23.74. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
