Lead QA Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead QA Analyst for a 6-month hybrid contract position with a leading client in Orrville, OH.

Compensation: $60.00-$70.00 per hour, W2.

Job Duties:

• Plan and manage testing effort for enterprise Cloud Analytics re-platform project
• Work closely with Project Manager and Program Test Lead to define and enact a test strategy, test plan and test schedule
• Provides daily communication to key project stakeholders outlining progress and updates towards key milestones
• Hosts daily calls during testing phases to review open defects/ blockers for testing
• Work with Business Analysts and Project Leads to define testing scope
• Manage and motivate internal and external testing teams to complete assigned testing assignments
  • Internal teams comprised of business SME's
  • External teams comprised of 3rd party tech and development resources

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of relevant Project Management experience in large, complex application development projects
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and conceptually
• Embraces a customer service mindset.
• Capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Team-management and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops software a plus
