Position: Pricing Coordinator Newport News, VA Pay : $17.00 per hour 26-00998 Role Summary The Pricing Coordinator supports the pricing team by validating vendor pricing, reviewing SKU data, investigating variances, and ensuring accuracy across internal systems. This role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendor follow ups in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Review and validate vendor pricing and SKU data. Identify discrepancies and follow up with vendors for clarification or corrections. Use Excel formulas and VLOOKUPs to analyze data. Track and manage multiple open vendor items and follow up timelines. Support pricing updates and system accuracy. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization; ability to manage high volumes of follow up. Tech savvy and comfortable navigating email and systems quickly. Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data comparison). Basic understanding of pricing math (markup vs. margin). Preferred Background Pricing, supply chain, distribution, retail, or inventory experience. Experience communicating with vendors or external partners. Work Environment Hybrid for candidates within 40 miles of HQ: Remote Monday & Friday Onsite Tuesday-Thursday Fully Remote acceptable for strong candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Work Hours: 8 am-5pm or 7:30am-4:30pm #ZR
