The Training Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and evolving high-impact training programs that drive sales performance, recruiting excellence, and revenue growth for our Talent Solutions team. This role serves as the enablement leader for both sales and recruiting teams, combining deep field credibility with strategic learning design to accelerate productivity, consistency, and results.

Essential Job Functions:

Partnering closely with sales, recruiting, and operational leadership, this role identifies capability gaps across the full lifecycle-from prospecting and client development to recruiting, closing, and account management-and translates them into practical, measurable training and coaching solutions that scale across the enterprise.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales & Recruiting Enablement Strategy



  • Design and manage sales and recruiting enablement programs aligned to business priorities, revenue goals, and market dynamics.
  • Build role-based learning paths across sales, recruiting, leadership, and production career stages.
  • Partner with leadership to diagnose skill gaps across prospecting, discovery, qualification, recruiting, interviewing, closing, negotiation, and retention.
  • Continuously optimize enablement strategy using performance data, pipeline health, and adoption metrics.


Coaching & Performance Acceleration



  • Establish a consistent sales and recruiting coaching cadence in partnership with frontline and senior leaders.
  • Deliver one-on-one and group coaching, deal reviews, desk-side coaching, and role-play to reinforce skill development.
  • Enable leaders to effectively coach by providing frameworks, tools, and facilitator preparation.
  • Reinforce best practices in pipeline management, recruiting execution, and activity discipline.


Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement



  • Define and track key enablement metrics, including ramp time, conversion rates, productivity benchmarks, and program adoption.
  • Conduct post-training forensics, debriefs, and closed-loop reporting to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Provide ongoing insights to leadership on skills progression, gaps, and opportunities to improve results.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Technology teams to align enablement with systems, process, and messaging.
  • Incorporate market trends, competitive intelligence, and economic indicators into training strategy and content.

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or sales/recruiting enablement
  • Background in staffing, professional services, consulting, or revenue-driven environments strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success as a producer, recruiter, sales leader, or enablement professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills required


Location: Brentwood, TN Hybrid - 3 days in office.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 5%

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
