This position is full-time for those with a strong interest in clinical psychology and psychosis research, and is ideal for someone interested in applying for graduate school in the upcoming years.

The Research Coordinator will primarily work on a large, multi-site clinical trial that aims to assess the efficacy of a low-risk medication in a population of individuals at CHR. The Research Coordinator will also join a collaborative team responsible for managing several ongoing large-scale studies of psychosis risk.

Primary activities for the Research Coordinator will include:

* Clinical data collection including semi-structured clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and cognitive tasks

* Biomarker data collection including biospecimen samples (e.g., saliva)

* Collect EEG data

* Manage study databases, such as REDCap

* Report to funding bodies

* Assist in Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions

* Contribute to other daily lab operations and project logistics as needed (e.g., supervising undergraduate research assistants, organization of project documents, coordinating meeting logistics, purchasing orders for lab materials)

In addition to these experiences, the Research Coordinator will also get Yale-certified training to administer the Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS), the gold-standard assessment of clinical high-risk experiences or symptoms. There will likely be publication and presentation experiences available, as well as other opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
