About the Opportunity:

The Supply Planning Analyst supports the enterprise Integrated Supply Review by preparing supply planning inputs, gap analyses, and scenario models. This role translates site- and supplier-level data into clear, decision-ready insights that identify capacity constraints, feasibility risks, and supply trade-offs. The Supply Planning Analyst ensures the accuracy, consistency, and transparency of supply analytics used to support Consensus and Executive SIOP decision-making.

Location : This position can be hybrid with the office based in Manchester, CT or South Windsor, CT.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare enterprise supply inputs for the Integrated Supply Review, including constrained supply plans, capacity views, and key assumptions
  • Develop supply-demand gap analyses (e.g., constrained plan vs. demand signal), highlighting constraint drivers, bottlenecks, and infeasible demand loads
  • Model supply scenarios to support trade-off discussions, including impacts to service, inventory, and cost
  • Track and report supply KPIs (e.g., Capacity utilization, plan attainment, missed or at-risk supply commitments), ensuring accuracy and consistency across sites
  • Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and alignment of KPIs across sites and planning horizons
  • Partner with Supply Planning Director, Capacity Planners, and Master Production Schedulers to validate data integrity, align planning assumptions, and ensure analytical alignment across planning outputs
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and analytical standards as SIOP matures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, MPS, or related roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience building or supporting constrained supply plans and analyzing capacity and feasibility risks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Syteline, Visual, etc.) and advanced Excel / data analysis tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt as planning processes mature
  • Experience participating in or supporting SIOP / S&OP / IBP processes
  • Aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing experience
  • Strong analytical background in supply chain planning with experience in complex capacity, supplier, and production data.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and interpret constrained plans, scenario models, and KPI reporting to support executive-level decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and demand planning teams
  • Familiarity with rough-cut capacity planning, scenario modeling, or advanced planning tools

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor
  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
