Here's the deal: We're a Van Upfitter who will modify, customize, and install specialized equipment into commercial or passenger vans, including cabinetry, shelving, lighting, and electrical systems, to meet specific functionality needs.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand/power tools, reading wiring schematics, and understanding vehicle electrical systems.
• Experience: Previous experience in upfitting, automotive mechanics, carpentry, or assembly.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods, frequently handling items up to 50 pounds
• Attention to Detail: High precision in work to ensure safety and functionality in customized vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Install shelving, partitions, racks, drawer systems, and specialized components like liftgates or workbenches.
• Electrical & Mechanical: Wire 12/24 VDC electrical systems, emergency lights, or specialized power systems (Gensets).
• Fabrication & Assembly: Build, cut, and assemble interior components, including wood/metal fabrication, and modify vehicle trim.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet safety codes, manufacturer specifications, and high-quality finish standards.
• Tool Usage:Operate handheld and table-mounted power tools (drills, routers, saws) securely.
