Here's what you'd do:

  • As a project coordinator, you will see a project through from inception to completion.
  • You will closely monitor whether a project is progressing as per the allocated schedule as well as the budget, and report status and trends.
  • This is an important coordination job where the project coordinator ensures the timely availability of all resources, including manpower and material, to every agency involved in a project.
  • Supporting the Project Lead.
  • Allocating tasks and jobs to project team members.
  • Examining opportunities to reduce project costs and ensure compliance with the allocated project budget.
  • Providing administration support.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $39.35 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QuickBase.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last-minute changes with competing priorities.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions).
  • Basic PC setup (to be able to set up meeting rooms for design reviews).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Engineering-Oriented Work Environment.
  • Scheduling and Running Large Meetings.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, PCs, and Teams.
  • Solid communication skills, including writing documents.
