Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a self-directed Human Resources Intern with a passion for talent development, employee engagement, and HR operations. In this role, the intern will actively support the HR Business Partner team by assisting with employee relations activities, contributing to engagement initiatives, maintaining HR records, and supporting projects that align with key business priorities.
