Position Title: Quality Inspector
Wage: $18.00 - $22.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 4:15pm - 2:45am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Quality Inspector in Hanover Park, IL. Quality Inspector Responsibilities: - Inspect parts per established quality plans and specifications - Utilize measurement equipment to ensure that precision machined components meet specifications on company staff blueprint documents - Assign priority to inspection process - Inspect parts to meet shipping and receiving schedules - Work in conjunction with other Quality Team members and production departments to resolve quality problem - Communicate to appropriate company staff when non conformances are discovered - Enter nonconformant findings into computer database - Follow established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved Requirements for Quality Inspector: - Able to use measuring equipment (micrometers, hand gauges, etc.). - CMM experience using Zeiss equipment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
