Control of Inventory transactions, work order transactions, schedule updates, receipts, cycle counts, transfer orders, and aid in any corrections needed to maintain the inventory control.

DUTIES

  • Analyze all discrepancies checking WIP, all locations, and all D365 transactions before adjusting inventory.
  • Review and reconcile all D365 and In-Transit reports to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain quarterly cycle count records for all non-Tecate inventory warehouses to confirm their inventory balances and adjusts as needed. All adjustments +/-$500 must be approved prior to adjustment. Distribute progress weekly.
  • Assist with annual physical cycle counts and audits as needed
  • Stock all incoming product in correct stocking location by product platform and ensure all boxes, packages, bags, etc. have an Item label.
  • Perform daily consumption of all material to the production orders real time filling any back orders as needed.
  • Validate all PO and transfer quantities are correct compared to the receiving document.
  • Complete work orders in D365 when the order is complete validating that all consumption is complete and accurate.
  • Process inventory journals daily
  • Coordinate shipping activities (between Anaheim/Murrieta/Tecate/3rd party Contract Manufacturers).
  • Return material processing and distribution
  • Audit production activities to ensure adherence of inventory control policies..
  • Forklift Trainer
  • Performs other duties as required as assigned.
  • Perform regular audits of production schedule.
  • Update production schedule for responsible fields
  • Communicate with Sales Order Mailbox on all matters pertaining to progress/delay status of customer orders as needed.
  • Serve as a proactive customer service & quality ambassador of The Econolite Group, Inc. by representing the organization in a positive, professional manner to support The Brand Promise

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of three years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse field.
  • Proven experience working in a corporate warehouse, comfortable with computers, data bases.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Some traveling as required.
  • Able to lift 60lbs.
  • Use of pallet jack.
  • Experience with Excel and Outlook systems.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT

COMPENSATION

The base pay range for this full-time non-exempt position is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
