The Compliance and Reporting Manager will play a critical role within the Global HR Operations team, driving HR compliance programs and workforce reporting frameworks that support public company standards. This role focuses on establishing scalable compliance protocols, ensuring global regulatory adherence, and delivering workforce analytics aligned with IPO and ESG disclosure expectations. The ideal candidate brings deep compliance experience and thrives in fast-paced, transformational environments. Key Responsibilities HR Compliance & Regulatory Readiness Workforce Reporting & Analytics Policy Governance & Process Standardization Risk & Audit Partnership Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field. Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
