Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life Assistant/Activity Assistant to join our team!

Trails of Orono Senior Living, is located in Orono, MN. We are in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Trails of Orono is an established community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join our team today!

Schedule: Full-time Day shift, every other weekend required

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience

As a Community Life Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:



  • Facilitate group programs (large group and small group) as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
