About The Position Key responsibilities include: Qualifications In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Good leadership, management, analytical, communication, flexibility, and human relations skills required. Must be willing to travel. Normal work location is Decatur, but a regular presence at other engineering work locations is required. Being open to relocation would be a plus. After preliminary review, selected applicants must take the First Line Supervisor Test and obtain a recommended status in order to be eligible for additional selection procedures (e.g., interview) designated for this position. Additional Information Compensation Range: $131,900.00 - $204,400.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
