Our flagship U.S. mill in St. Ansgar, Iowa is looking for a Night Shift Mill Operator. This position works 4 Nights On and 4 Nights Off, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

  Mill Operator Responsibilities
  

  
  
  • 
    

    Operate Milling systems, including oat cleaning, dehulling, grading, blending, kiln conditioning, finishing, cutting, and product transport.

    Monitor production flow, quality checkpoints, yields, and equipment performance to ensure optimal output.

    
    
  • 
    

    Communicate with mill operators, receiving teams, and office staff regarding production status, transfers, and silo inventory.

    
    
  • Being a team player with focus on people safety, food safety, and food quality, as part of the global food supply chain.
