Career Level: 10 Primary Purpose: Delivers advanced data analysis and reporting solutions to address complex business challenges. Translates analytical findings into actionable recommendations and leads small-scale initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making. Duties and Responsibilities: * Collects, cleans, and analyzes large datasets to support operational and strategic decisions. * Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics. * Identifies trends, variances, and correlations in data and provides actionable insights. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions. * Applies advanced statistical techniques to improve forecasting and decision-making. * Documents enhancements to data models and recommends improvements to existing processes. * Leads small-scale projects or initiatives with manageable risks and resource requirements. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
