We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our Solenis Industrial Water Treatment team based in Wisconsin!

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Sales Support Engineer to partner closely with our sales team and customers in the Industrial Water Treatment space. This role blends hands-on technical work with supportive teamwork, helping ensure our chemical programs and equipment operate safely, effectively, and efficiently.

You'll play a key role in presales activities, program support, testing, troubleshooting, and value demonstration-while helping customers and internal partners make wellinformed decisions. If you enjoy problemsolving, building relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement in a plant environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You'll Do
  • Provide supportive pre-sales technical expertise to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Offer thoughtful technical input for bid proposals, project work, and documentation, while helping identify opportunities to expand value for existing customers.
  • Install and demonstrate products and equipment at customer facilities in a clear, customer-friendly way.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Stay current on company technologies as well as competitor offerings to support informed conversations.
What You'll Bring

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with organization, consistency, and care.
  • HS Diploma or GED (Related Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record

The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,000.00 and $115,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
