Scheduler Location: Oklahoma City, OK (1000 North Lee Avenue) Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Placement Type: Contract (10 Months) with possibility of converting to permanent. Pay Range: $16.00-$19.00/hr (W2) Start Date: February 16, 2026 About the Role A healthcare organization in Oklahoma City is seeking an Entry-Level Scheduler to support patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and front-desk operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Medical office experience is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities * Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals to other providers. * Enter patient information, appointment details, and special instructions into the electronic medical system. * Maintain accurate provider contact information. * Follow established site protocols and documentation standards. * Support front desk operations including greeting patients and answering phones. * Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Top Skills - Must Have * Strong customer service background * Ability to multitask and switch tasks frequently * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment * Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles is acceptable Education Requirements * High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of work experience Work Environment * Fully on-site * Standard business hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM * One-round interview (onsite or virtual) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
