The People and Culture Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes from onboarding through offboarding. The position supports HR systems, employee communications, and team initiatives while remaining responsive to time-sensitive and last-minute needs. Through attention to detail and collaboration, this role helps create a positive and well-organized employee experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paid on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

    Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, document creation, filing, and handling last-minute requests.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including system entries, communications, I-9 completion, equipment and supply coordination, and personnel file management.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (SyncHR, Asana, Excel, personnel files) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee initiatives and celebrations, including anniversaries, service awards, licensures, welcome boxes, and branded materials.
  • Review, quality check, and manage orders for business cards, name tags, apparel, and other employee-related materials.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Marketing, and People & Culture team members on reporting, compliance support, employee-facing initiatives, and documentation updates.
  • Assist with maintaining the Employee Handbook, P&C Manual, and compliance postings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational needs.


Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
