The Contract Analyst supports PNW PACE Partners by reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts while ensuring accurate claim adjudication and full adherence to contractual terms. This role partners closely with our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to ensure contract language is correctly configured and interpreted. Responsibilities also include conducting internal audits to validate alignment with contracted terms, timely filing requirements, and fee schedules. This role requires expert-level Excel knowledge and experience, including data management, advanced formulas, and pivot tables. Experience with Medicare reimbursement methodologies is strongly preferred. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $71,677.00 - $103,168.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
