As an Armed Patrol Officer in a retail location, you will conduct visible patrols, respond to security-related concerns, and communicate clearly with store teams, customers, and local partners. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, supporting mobile patrol coverage and rapid response across the site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, team members, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter theft, trespass, and other prohibited activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including responding to alarms, reports of suspicious behavior, medical situations, and disturbances, and coordinating with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as directed.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; observe for policy violations; and complete security-related screening and/or access control duties as assigned by post orders.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation, and follow Allied Universal and site firearm handling, storage, and use-of-force guidelines while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Security Experience - 1+ Years.
• Armed Guard Card/License.
• Level III Armed Certification Texas Only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
