Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? In this role, you will help in the design and implementation of compliance governance elements to support proper use of AI, and other existing technologies across the bank. This role will help establish clear governance structures and guidelines, empowering the first line of defense to adopt these technologies responsibly while mitigating risks. You may help collaborate with stakeholders to provide training, tools, and ongoing support, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations for all technologies in use. Additionally, the lead will help monitor trends, proactively identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement to maintain organizational integrity and trust. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

For Los Angeles, CA: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $99,000 - $176,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
