Job Description




Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Program Manager with the Strategic Accounts Team. The Program Manager functions to ensure that the program to which they are assigned is successful and arrives at a profitable completion. Responsible for overall program progress, contract management, cost control, financial reporting, scheduling, quality assurance and control, and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage the development of strategic plans, budgets, reports, and financial forecasts
  • Update, develop, and implement processes while planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings with consistent follow-up and clear communication to all stakeholders
  • Ensures that the requirements of the contract and customer are met
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for all contract and construction-related matters
  • Enforce a strict safety program focused on accident prevention and maintaining a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and the public
  • Facilitate and confirm all program activities protect company assets and align with company policies and procedures
  • Lead, manage and direct the program, as well as staffing activities including training, evaluating and coaching
  • Support Business Development and Project Development teams by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and preparing estimates and proposals for potential work

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
    • Technical Associate's degree in electronics with 3 years of construction-based experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of construction-based work experience
  • Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
  • Ability to work various shifts and weekends, as dictated by the operational needs of the team
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible field construction and management experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management-level experience
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders and as a team player required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Security experience with CCTV, card readers, security software, and security fencing or relatable

BENEFITS:

  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
  • Pay Range: $140,000-$180,000 annually
