We're looking for an Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to support service equipment operations across multiple service offerings. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operations while supporting field service teams.


Key Responsibilities




  • Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, electrical controls (PLC, VFD), hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and associated equipment



  • Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate repair logs



  • Read, interpret, and follow equipment manuals, P&IDs, and electrical drawings



  • Operate tow motors/forklifts to load/unload equipment and supplies



  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including PPE, JHA/JSA, Lock Out/Tag Out, and site safety meetings



  • Submit paperwork and maintenance reports in a timely manner



  • Drive to multiple sites as needed to support equipment and field operations




Qualifications

Required




  • High school diploma or GED



  • 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably with pumps, hoses, valves, or related equipment



  • Experience with electrical controls and mechanical systems



  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (CDL a plus)



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office



  • Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team



  • Physically able to perform maintenance tasks and comply with safety requirements



  • Authorized to work in the U.S.




Preferred




  • Experience in oil transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and service equipment operations



  • Ability to travel overnight occasionally for assignments or training
