H.B. Fuller is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support our global corporate treasury operations, including daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, and month-end accounting and reporting. This onsite role, based at our corporate headquarters in Saint Paul, MN, will partner closely with Senior Treasury Analysts and cross-functional teams across finance, tax, legal, and operations. The Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering bestinclass analytics, and supporting strategic treasury initiatives across H.B. Fuller's global footprint.

Primary Responsibilities Global Cash Management & Liquidity
  • Develop and maintain global cash forecasts; perform variance analysis to support liquidity planning.
  • Execute daily cash positioning, funding activities, and support notional and physical cash pooling structures.
  • Review entity participation in pooling structures and recommend additions as appropriate.
  • Ensure timely and accurate liquidity reporting and banking transactions.
  • Assist with cash repatriation strategies aligned with tax planning, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
Intercompany Funding
  • Maintain loan documentation in close collaboration with tax and legal teams.
  • Support intercompany loan tracking, settlements, and overall portfolio administration.
  • Calculate interest accruals; perform variance analysis for monthly interest expense and forecasts.
  • Maintain and enhance the interest expense forecasting model to support accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor subsidiary compliance with intercompany loan agreements and guarantees (as applicable).
Banking Infrastructure & Treasury Operations
  • Support the maintenance of global bank account structures and banking platforms.
  • Improve bank account connectivity through SAP, Kyriba, and regional treasury centers.
  • Monitor authorized bank account signatories and user access approvals.
  • Support accurate bank fee tracking and contribute to treasury costoptimization initiatives.
Capital Management
  • Monitor external debt borrowings, payments, and interest schedules.
  • Support oversight and maintenance of debt interest schedules and related reporting.
Strategic Projects & Treasury Transformation
  • Participate in cross-functional treasury projects focused on process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Improve treasury system utilization across liquidity, working capital management, debt capital markets, and bank account management.
Controls, Compliance & Public Company Governance
  • Maintain SOX controls and supporting documentation related to treasury operations.
  • Support internal and external audit requests associated with treasury activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CTP certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant corporate treasury or finance experience.
  • Familiarity with global treasury operations, cash forecasting, and banking systems.
  • Experience with SAP, Kyriba, or similar treasury technology preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Highly detailoriented with strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational corporation, financial institution, or publicly traded company.
  • Understanding of global banking processes, automation, and intercompany lending.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000.
