We're looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join Procore's Professional Services team. In this role, you'll act as the primary delivery lead for our most complex, large-scale client engagements, orchestrating internal and external resources to ensure that professional services are delivered with precision, within budget, on time, and aligned with the client's strategic business objectives. The primary goal of this role is to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business value by guiding enterprise clients through digital transformation and ensuring measurable ROI. As a Enterprise Project Manager, you'll partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute against custom Statements of Work and drive platform adoption. Use your strategic governance, consultative communication, and project management skills to lead high-stakes enterprise implementations that deliver long-term impact. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Project Management, Professional Services and can be based out of our Austin, Tx, Carpinteria, Ca, Tampa Fl, offices or remotely within the US. Base Pay Range: 126,514.00 - 173,956.80 USD AnnualOn Target Earning Range: 148,840.00 - 204,655.00 USD AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation.
