Quality Coordinator/Receiver

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Coordinator to support our warehouse and receiving operations. This role ensures accurate paperwork flow, proper inventory handling, and clear product identification throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced in warehouse environments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify and check all incoming inventory for accuracy
• Deliver required paperwork to the appropriate departments
• Label boxes with part numbers so they are clearly visible
• Serve as backup for the Receiving Department, including:
• Unloading trucks as products arrive
• Assisting with receiving documentation
• Store products in the correct warehouse locations
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and accuracy within the warehouse
  

Qualifications

* Forklift experience required
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift, move, and organize inventory materials
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Prior warehouse or receiving experience is a plus
