Mercy Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Resource Registered Nurse to join our NWA Float Pool, supporting units across our Rogers, Berryville, Springdale ED, and Bella Vista ED locations. As part of our Regional Resource team, you'll bring your expertise where it's needed most-providing high-quality, patient-centered care while experiencing the variety and professional growth that comes with floating between facilities. Position Details: MERCY HOSPITAL Northwest Arkansas Registered Nurse - Regional Resource/Float Pool (Night Shift) Serving Rogers, Berryville, Springdale ED, and Bella Vista ED Full-Time \| Night Shift Qualifications: Licensure: Current Arkansas License. Experience: Minimum 2 years RN Acute Care experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year. Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. ACLS and NIH certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
