Salary Range: $25-$31 Per Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable part-time General Maintenance Worker to support weekend and holiday operations at Punchbowl Memorial. This role is primarily responsible for opening and closing the facility, ensuring grounds and facilities are safe, presentable, and operational during public hours. The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently in a high-respect environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in general maintenance work

- Knowledge of basic repairs and maintenance tasks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail

- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks

- Good time management skills

Responsibilities:

- Inspect facilities regularly and reporting any issues

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment

- May be required to assist in setting up and taking down equipment for events

- May be required to perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and basic plumbing

- Follow safety procedures and regulations

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facilities

- Other duties as assigned
