    What You Do.



    • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    • Maintains organization staff by counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
    • Oversees new hire orientation and plans, implements and evaluates onboarding and training programs.
    • Assists Compensation & Benefits by scheduling and conducting hourly job evaluations; ensuring pay structure system is administered and adhered to for all positions, conducts Open Enrollment meetings
    • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of salaried and hourly employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
    • Recommends disciplinary action and termination decision to Associate Director Employee Experience
    • Maintains familiarity with Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits programs and serves as a liaison between employees and appropriate subject matter expert as needed.
    • Ensures a positive workplace, with a supportive culture which enhances employee engagement & appreciation, diversity & inclusion, rewards & recognition execution, and community involvement.
    • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
    • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
    • Oversees the maintenance of historical human resource records in the company HRIS; keeping past and current records.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • May lead team initiatives as needed.
    • Maintain complete and steadfast confidentiality in all matters regarding Human Resources.
    • Travel between company locations is required.


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    May manage Sr. Employee Experience Coordinator and/or Associate Employee Experience Manager. Responsible for managing performance by counseling and disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    Your Education and Experience.
    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; with three to five years experience and/or training in Human Resources or Supervision.
