Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Customer Experience Systems Administrator Associate based in Indianapolis, IN. The Customer Experience Systems Administrator Associate is responsible for serving as a key systems support role for Customer Experience teams by acting as a technical bridge between backend customer experience (CX) tools and customer-facing teams. This role focuses on maintaining the stability, integrity, and daily performance of the organization's customer-facing technology stack.

What you will do
  • Manage user accounts, security roles, and access permissions
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, and automated workflow rules
  • Configure and maintain Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menus and call routing logic for all AMER teams
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, VoIP performance, and headset/hardware integration issues
  • Manage external user access and security for the dormakaba customer self-service portal
What we require
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business field
  • 1+ years of experience in system administration or technical help desk support
