About This Role
The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our dedicated Small Animal Surgery team to help facilitate exemplary patient care and quality customer service. This person will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the clinical care team within the Small Animal Specialty Surgical Services areas. This role ensures smooth communication, accurate scheduling, and consistent follow-up to support high-quality patient care. This individual must maintain a professional, compassionate, and service-oriented attitude while learning the unique workflows and communication preferences of the clinical teams they support.
