As a facilities professional on our team, you'll deliver solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. You will conduct infrastructure engineering and be responsible for oversight of the facility's infrastructure. In addition, you will oversee computer room designs, configuration management, and building layout. Your customer will trust you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with cradle-to-grave project oversight and day-to-day facilities planning support

  • Experience in the development or operations of Missile Warning programs for Space Systems Command

  • Experience utilizing management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Sunbird DCIM, and MS Project

  • Experience developing, reviewing, analyzing, and updating planning documents such as Basic Facility Requirements (BFR) or Site Integration Standard

  • Knowledge of facility operations with relation to power, heating, and cooling

  • Ability to identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement master planning, real estate planning, facility planning, design, and construction, infrastructure planning, design, and construction, environmental assessments, collateral equipment identification, validation, and procurement support, and scheduling issues

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
