Description

Digital Experience [Product] Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Experience Manager to lead the envisioning, planning, and technical development of digital experiences [products]. As a Digital Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with critical stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and then translate them into innovative digital solutions. You will be responsible for driving the market entry portion of the digital experience lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that the digital experience meets both stakeholder expectations and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document their needs and requirements for new digital experiences. Assessing technical feasibility through an understanding of current systems capabilities.
  • Envision, plan, and drive the technical development of new digital experiences from concept to launch.
  • Define experience vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, [C(1] design, engineering, marketing, IT, sales, digital, and/or 3rd party developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • requirements gathering, facilitate working sessions, and technical translation leading to wireframes and rapid prototyping.
  • Develop scope, budget, and resource requirements for experience development projects. Work closely with IT to assess internal and external development needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of digital experiences.
  • Continuously iterate on the experience based on user feedback, performance metrics, and market trends.
  • Manage and prioritize the experience backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered with each iteration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital product-related inquiries and communications.
  • Prepare and document experience architecture and capabilities for transfer to sustainment teams as defined in departmental strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Information Technology, Digital, Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 + years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering digital experiences [products] from concept to launch.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of digital technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of experience working in the architecture, design, commercial furniture, retail, fintech, or digital media industries.
  • Experience with agile and scrum methodologies, including defining themes, epics, features, and writing stories.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience with mobile app development, responsive web design, and user lab capabilities.
  • Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified).

The starting annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
