This is a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of our clients Performance Partner Program (PPP), empowering developers to maximize their reach and impact. Beyond this, you will serve as the critical connective tissue between Arcade's marketing objectives and Arcade's broader paid advertising strategy. You'll leverage PPP as an innovative testing ground, translating insights into scalable strategies that elevate Arcade's presence across all paid channels. Your deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, coupled with a passion for performance marketing and developer partnerships, will be key to unlocking new levels of growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Pioneer Developer Growth: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for the Arcade Performance Partner Program, driving developer acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing optimization to foster thriving partnerships.
  • Strategic Paid Media Integration: Serve as the primary liaison between Arcade's marketing team and Services paid advertising experts, synthesizing insights, trends, and best practices to inform and elevate our overall paid media strategy.
  • Innovate & Iterate: Utilize the Performance Partner Program as a dynamic testing ground for new paid media tactics, creative approaches, and channel strategies, translating learnings into scalable recommendations for broader Arcade campaigns.
  • Partnership & Advocacy: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with developers, championing the value of PPP and providing expert guidance on organic and paid media optimization to maximize their Arcade titles' visibility and success.
  • Enablement & Scalability: Architect and implement scalable resources, including playbooks, toolkits, and best practices, to streamline partner adoption and ensure the sustained growth and efficiency of PPP.
  • Performance Insight & Action: Conduct rigorous analysis of program and campaign performance, identifying critical growth opportunities, and delivering actionable insights that drive continuous improvement for developers and Arcade's paid media efforts.
  • Brand & Creatve Stewardship: Collaborate with developers to ensure their PPP marketing materials align seamlessly with Arcade's brand guidelines and performance objectives, fostering a cohesive and impactful presence.


Key Qualifications



  • 10+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, partner management, and mobile gaming, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution
  • A profound and demonstrated passion for mobile gaming, with an innate understanding of the player and developer landscape.
  • Proven expertise in paid media strategy and execution, ideally within the mobile gaming or app ecosystem.
  • Exceptional partnership and ad sales acumen, with a track record of successfully "selling through" complex programs and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive initiatives from conception to impactful execution.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, adept at interpreting performance data, extracting meaningful insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in managing or contributing to affiliate or performance partner programs is a significant advantage.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners at all levels.
  • Comfortable thriving independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
