What You'll Do

Define Enterprise Data Strategy & Roadmap

  • Evangelize the product vision for enterprise data and analytics with stakeholders at varying levels across all functional areas with a key focus on Finance, Sales, and Marketing, to define and get buy-in on strategy, prioritization, and execution of the roadmap
  • Lead ideation and product innovation with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for data-driven transformation and creative solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Facilitate and inform the product roadmap development through opportunity identification, business case development, ROI analysis, industry research, and requirements gathering
  • Collaborate across teams for end-to-end data product governance from data ingestion to KPI delivery to business impact measurement
  • Advance enterprise data maturity by defining solutions in support of business objectives, KPIs, advanced analytics, self-service data provisioning, and automated reporting
  • Guide the product roadmap in the adoption of state-of-the-art data management and AI/ML-powered analytics solutions
  • Establish and manage success metrics for roadmap outcomes including business case delivery, adoption rates, and demonstrated ROI


Partner for Delivery & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Serve as the voice of internal stakeholders by championing the prioritization of initiatives that deliver maximum business value
  • Build strong partnerships with Finance leadership to understand complex reporting requirements and deliver solutions that streamline financial operations
  • Enable Sales and Marketing teams with customer insights, attribution models, and predictive analytics that drive revenue growth
  • Prioritize projects among competing opportunities, balance stakeholder needs with enterprise priorities, and articulate business rationale behind decisions
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and business leadership to deliver the product vision
  • Operate under an agile model and execute efficiently in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
  • Oversee development of enterprise KPIs, executive reports, self-service dashboards, and data solutions that serve multiple stakeholder groups
  • Develop methods to assure data integrity among multiple data sources and work with accountable departments to resolve issues


Mature the Enterprise Data Competency

  • Evangelize the use of data and insights across the enterprise, educating and training teams on the art of the possible
  • Contribute to the evolution of modern data platforms that align to enterprise data provisioning needs
  • Lead transformation initiatives that fundamentally change how the organization leverages data
  • Split time as a people manager and as a direct PM lead for strategic enterprise initiatives
  • Actively develop talent within the product organization and create bench strength for all product teams
  • Exercise a growth mindset through collaboration and influence across all enterprise functions
  • Establish best practices for data analysis and visualization capabilities
  • Be a thought leader in modern Product Management practices and data-driven decision making
  • Engage in advancing the organization towards AI/ML and predictive analytics at scale


Who You Are

  • Demonstrated passion for data and technology innovation and the ability to lead an organization towards greater data maturity
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years' experience in a related field with at least 5 years' experience in product management or lead role; or a master's degree and 8 years' experience
  • Several years of experience working as a manager/director-level PM role in a large or fast-growing organization with focus on internal stakeholder enablement
  • Deep experience with financial analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions
  • Proven track record of building and scaling data products that serve multiple stakeholder groups across an enterprise
  • Documented experience vetting options for product direction, planning short- and long-term strategy, and gaining organizational buy-in from diverse internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills with emphasis on financial metrics and customer analytics
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in a matrixed organization
  • Skilled in analytical thinking, business acumen, project administration and management, requirements analysis, and technology savvy
  • Skilled in building partnerships, engaging others, guiding team success, leading change, and leading with vision


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or related field
  • Knowledge of data governance, data architecture, and data management best practices
  • Understanding of statistics, machine learning, and advanced analytics concepts
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis
  • Experience developing Data Architecture


USD 148,500.00 - 247,500.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
