**About the Role**

In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our legal support structure, working within a newly formed team focused on commercial legal matters for global business groups. You will be instrumental in triaging legal requests, gathering vital information, and analyzing applicable legal and compliance considerations. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining legal processes and providing foundational guidance for review by senior legal professionals. This position offers a unique chance to grow your legal acumen within a fast-paced, innovative environment, making a significant impact on how legal matters are handled across our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and triage incoming commercial legal matters within a centralized legal request system, directing them to appropriate internal resources.

* Provide essential support for routine legal processes and assist with standard commercial matters.

* Escalate complex legal issues to senior legal team members for in-depth review and resolution.

* Collaborate with legal professionals to collect data, analyze legal and compliance factors, and draft recommended guidance and solutions for commercial legal matters.

* Maintain, update, and organize legal knowledge base and self-service resources to enhance business readiness.

* Contribute to ongoing process improvements and the development of efficient matter-routing workflows.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training.

* 0-2 years of experience in a legal support role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.

* A service-oriented mindset, focused on providing effective assistance and support.

* Comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating within a team environment.

* Demonstrated curiosity, eagerness to learn, and commitment to self-development.

* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

* Proven ability to analyze and comprehend policies and legal documents.

* Passion for technology and a keen interest in learning new tools and systems.

* Highly organized, analytical, and problem-solving oriented, with the ability to think clearly under pressure.

* Adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.

* Strong attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

* Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.

* Basic knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, and the democratic political process.

* Proficiency with standard office productivity software (e.g., word processing, presentation, spreadsheet applications).

* An extensive legal background, ideally with experience supporting innovative companies or law firms.
