Marketing Intern - Summer 2026

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.

The Opportunity

The Marketing intern will learn directly how business strategy drives marketing strategy which leads to the creation of campaigns and deliverables. The intern will get first-hand experience of how marketing and business goals are connected.

This internship will focus on Munich Re Specialty - North America marketing, working directly with our senior marketing partner, to meaningfully accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect results of marketing campaigns back to marketing strategic goals
  • Enabling our marketing automation project through data quality checks in our CRM system
  • Craft bespoke marketing copy focused on the identified target audiences for each message
  • Test and edit automated marketing messages to ensure the client journey is flowing correctly
  • Work with our content team to crafter deliverables with appropriate visuals and layouts

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Majors: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or English
  • Eligible Grade Level: rising junior (2028) and senior (2027) undergraduates

  • Experienced with social media platforms
  • MS Office: Excel and Outlook

This role will be based in Princeton, NJ. The base range for this internship will be $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. The hourly estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate will include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
