Your expertise will directly shape creator recruitment, activation, and omnichannel strategies, playing a key role in expanding digital reach and optimizing retail outcomes. **About the Role:** As a key contributor, you will support the development and execution of influencer recruitment and activation strategies, focusing on driving new creator storefront activations. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Merchandising, Marketing Strategy, Retail Media, and Data Analytics, to demonstrate the tangible impact of your work and continuously optimize plans for maximum influencer engagement, velocity, and attributable gross margin. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your analytical rigor, project management excellence, and flexible digital skillset to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative processes. **What You'll Do:** * Execute influencer onboarding and activation workflows, ensuring creators receive clear guidance, timely communication, and seamless operational support. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, or digital strategy, with a strong foundation in business strategy, consumer data, and digital performance metrics. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including market sizing, opportunity assessment, testing, and validation of emerging growth areas. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.03 to $42.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
